You may request a return if:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
You notify us within 3 days of delivery
The product is unused and in its original packaging
Personal care or hygiene products
Food items
Discounted or promotional items (if mentioned)
Once the return is approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or an alternative method if required
If the product is damaged or incorrect, Abrar Bazar will bear the return shipping cost
For other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
